VSware "Parent App"
We are asking parents/guardians to download the VSware Parents App as itwill be the main means of communication between school and home goingforward. There are many features to the app such as the ability to view student data on Personal Information, Attendance, Timetable and Exam Reports. For now, we are asking parents/guardians to download the app and this summer’s student Exam Reports will be issued using the app. From August 2023, we will also be using the VS-Mail feature as the primary method of communicating with parents/guardians and also using the Absence Request feature to explain student absences.
More information as regards these features will be issued in due
course.
Downloading the ‘Parent App’
The ‘Parents App’ can be downloaded free, for both iOS (iPhone) and Android. Parents/Guardians can login to the app using their existing VSware user details. Please note the following:
Access to the ‘Parents App’ is linked to the mobile phone number you provided the school.
You only need one parent/guardian account even if you have more than one child in school.
